If you do not want to have a cleaner on a regular basis, we are available when a thorough clean is essential. Spring cleaning for instance. It is always essential to have a memeber of the household present during a spring clean to ensure that you are happy and point out areas you want specifically cleaned. Our One-off Cleaning services includes:Kitchen:
- remove all grease and grime- clean outside all kitchen cupboards and drawers
- clean sink and taps
- clean inside/outside your microwave, oven, fridge/freezer
- clean and wipe all kitchen surfaces
- clean washing machine, kettle and toaster
- clean and mop floor
- clean windows inside
Bathroom and Toilets:
- clean mirrors and windows- scrub and disinfect bathroom floors
- scrub and disinfect sanitary ware
- clean bath, sink, showers and tiles
Bedroom, Living and Dining room:
- clean all door frames and window ledges- Clean all skirting boards and radiators
- vacuum all carpets and mop hardwood floors
- clean and dust all furniture, mirrors, pictures
Prices
- £10 per hour per person - your cleaning materials- £14 per hour per person - we provide them
Time Taken
To ensure a thorough clean to a high standard we recommend that you are always in attendence to provide guidance on what you want cleaned. House sizes vary but typically as a guide and with your guidance:- 1 Bedroom flat requires 8 man hours
- 2 Bedroom flat requires 9 man hours
- 3 Bedroom flat requires 10 man hours
- 2 Bedroom house requires 12 man hours
- 3 bedroom house requires 14 man hours
